These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Bedtime Mailbox Club website and purchasing a membership. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Bedtime Mailbox Club is a family story and activity membership created to make a little more room for connection. We may update these terms when our products, delivery model, or legal requirements change.

Membership details, prices, billing frequency, included materials, and any plan-specific terms are shown on the relevant product or membership page before checkout.

Our current membership options include digital downloads, monthly print mail, and annual print mail. Digital memberships are delivered electronically. Print memberships require a valid delivery address.

Founding Family rates and benefits apply only to the founding memberships identified as such at checkout. Founding rates remain available for active founding members as described on the applicable product page, subject to the terms shown when the order is placed.

The first Founding Families mailing is scheduled to ship on November 14, 2026. Any launch-specific deadline, bonus, or benefit will be described on the Founding Families page or at checkout.

After the Founding Families launch, print mailings and digital downloads are planned for the 14th and 28th of each month. Delivery timing may vary because of weekends, holidays, production, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Digital downloads are sent to the email address associated with the order. Please check that your email address is accurate and look in your spam or promotions folders if a delivery does not appear.

Print memberships are sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for keeping their delivery information current and for checking that the address is complete and accurate.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping, taxes, and any other charges will be shown during checkout when they apply.

By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the order and, for a recurring membership, future renewals according to the selected billing schedule.

If a payment fails, we may pause delivery or access until the account is brought current. We may correct pricing or listing errors and will communicate material corrections before fulfilling an affected order when reasonably possible.

Monthly memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled before the next billing or mailing cutoff shown in the applicable membership terms. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse an order that has already been processed.

Annual memberships are intended as a one-year commitment. The annual Founding Families terms provide a 30-day refund window; after that window has passed, annual memberships are not cancelable except where required by applicable law.

Bedtime Mailbox Club stories, characters, artwork, activities, downloads, names, logos, and other materials belong to Bedtime Mailbox Club or its licensors. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for family use.

You may print and use digital materials for your household. You may not sell, redistribute, publicly repost, commercially reproduce, or alter the materials for distribution without written permission.

Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, copy the site for commercial use, or use our content to mislead others about a relationship with Bedtime Mailbox Club.

We work to keep the site and membership information accurate, but we do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every moment.

We may update our products, story worlds, delivery schedule, membership benefits, or these terms as Bedtime Mailbox Club grows. The version posted on this page is the current version. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued under an order except where required or permitted by law.
